Privacy policy - short, and readable without a lawyer
This document describes what happens to the information you leave on the site - in a form, on a call, or simply by opening a page. It is written to the requirements of the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection, but without legal language: every point gives a specific answer to the question "and then what?".
In one sentence: your name, contact details and description of the matter are passed to the coordinator and to the lawyer who fits the matter, to no one else, and are kept for as long as it takes to resolve the matter. The rest is set out in detail below.

Which data, from where and for what
Who sees your data
- The coordinator
- A platform employee who reads the matter, calls you and selects a lawyer. Bound by confidentiality under their employment contract.
- The selected lawyer
- One to three lawyers in your practice area and city to whom the coordinator passes the matter. The lawyer receives the data under legal privilege and, under the platform rules, cannot pass it to a third party.
- Technical providers
- Hosting (a server in Georgia or the EU), the SMS and e-mail sending service, a Telegram notification for the coordinator. They store or transmit the data but do not use it.
- No one else
- Data is not sold, rented or passed on for marketing databases. To a state body - only on a written request required by law, of which we will inform you where the law allows.
Retention periods
What you can request and how
All requests to one address: info@coalition.ge, or by calling 568 330 318. A reply within 10 working days; we may ask you to confirm your identity so that we do not disclose someone else's data.
- Information - what data we hold about you, where it came from and whom we passed it to. You receive a copy free of charge.
- Correction - a wrong name, contact or description of the matter.
- Deletion - of the matter, the review or all data, unless there is a statutory obligation to retain it. After deletion we also inform the lawyer.
- Withdrawal of consent - at any time; it does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Stopping or restricting processing - while a dispute or correction is being considered.
- A complaint - to the Personal Data Protection Service, if our reply does not satisfy you. This right does not depend on our reply.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The site does not use cookies to function: the language choice is kept in the URL, not in a cookie, and the form is submitted without login. We may use the browser's local storage for the convenience of individual pages (for example the current step of a questionnaire) - that data stays on your device and is not sent to the server.
Analytics: if we enable an external service for visit statistics, its name, what it collects and how to opt out will appear on this page in advance, and a consent banner will be added to the site. The date of this document will be updated with the change. At present no such service is enabled.
Third-party content: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP to Google in the same way as opening any website. There are no other external scripts, advertisements or social media buttons on the site.
How we protect data and how this document changes
Connections only over HTTPS; database access only for coordinators with individual passwords and a log; IPs are hashed; backups are encrypted. A matter is sent to a lawyer in the dashboard or by SMS, not in an open group chat. If a data breach occurs, we notify you and the Service within the statutory period.
This document changes only on this page, with the date above. A material change (a new recipient, a new purpose, enabling analytics) is published one month in advance. The previous version is available on request.

Questions about privacy
My matter was passed to a lawyer but I did not work with them. Do they still have my data?
Under the platform rules the lawyer must delete the data within 30 days of receiving the matter if no relationship began. At your request we check this and confirm it.
Can I ask a question anonymously?
By phone - yes, without a name; but to pass the matter to a lawyer at least one contact channel is needed. Initials and an e-mail address in the form are enough. Legal privilege applies from the moment of the consultation, regardless of anonymity.
Must my review be published under my full name?
No - you give the name yourself in the review form, and initials ("N. K.") are enough. The type of case, if you state it, is shown in general terms ("family"), without details. The "verified client" mark does not reveal your identity.
I am writing from abroad. Does my data leave Georgia?
The server is in Georgia or the EU; the SMS and e-mail services are international and process the data for transmission. No other transfer abroad takes place. For EU residents the same rights apply as listed above.
