Opinion on Reforming the Code of Administrative Violations
The Coalition welcomes and supports the significant reform of the legislation governing administrative violations. The Coalition believes that by implementing this reform Georgia will finally reject the outdated Soviet Code of Administrative Violations, the existence of which grossly violates human rights and freedoms. The documents includes considerations on draft amendments to the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code.
