The Press Conference on the New Draft of the Constitution

On May 18 the Coalition Steering Committee members held a press conference on the provisions of the draft of the Constitution concerning judiciary. The Coalition members introduced the document sent to the Venice Commission to journalists. This is the Coalition's opinion on the Chapter on Judiciary. The Coalition criticizes several changes, which in the Coalition's opinion, are harmful for judicial independence.
