The Coalition Opinion on the Draft of the Constitution of Georgia

The Coalition reached out to the Venice Commission with an opinion on the provisions concerning judiciary in the new draft of the Constitution. The Coalition criticizes several changes, including provisions concerning the rule of appointment of the High Council of Justice members, judicial probation, substantiation of decisions on judicial appointments, and the rule of appointment of the Supreme Court Judges.
